Daffodils are the first harbingers of spring and are therefore not called daffodils for nothing.
 They signify a departure, changes and the beginning of new life.
 They also represent hope and optimism - that everything will be fine.
 For me, therefore, they are indisputably the queens of spring in their radiant yellow dress.
